Here are some pics of the wedding that all the teachers were lucky enough to attend. Jenny and Michael the bride and groom looked great on their special day. You can also see some of the other traditional dress that the ladies were wearing.

The wedding was lovely. A bit different from what I have seen before but aparently it was a more Westernised format. The whole event was over in about 2 hours from whoa to go. Jenny and Michael had to survive the whole event on a sip of champagne! Everyone else was eating while they got changed and then said thank you to every person for coming.

There may be a pic that I can get hold of with Jenny and me together and also of all the ECC people and B and G.

Hello lovelies. I have been slack at writing in general. Blame it on skype where I can talk easily to mum and sometimes Nelson. Mind you some Kiwi mates are pretty terrible at e-mailing so I don't get enough reminders to mail out! Hint hint.

This pic is Clare and me having a nice drop of Sav on the roof of the apartment building. It was a nice afternoon. Don't let the hazy background fool you. We get a good view of the mountains that surround the area and of course plenty of apartment buildings too. There is a nice neon glow at night and we have been known to play cards or catchphrase by candlelight.

I'm trying to upload some photo's of the wedding that I went to but I think that I exceeded my limit today so I'll try again soon.

Have had some beautiful days. A couple of thunderstorms too. Been glad of air conditioning. Going to the swimming pool once in a while is really refreshing too. I need the exercise seeing as I haven't been to soccer in ages.

I like the thunderstorms here. They are loud and long. You hear the thunder for a few hours before the rain arrives. I actually glanced at a book that said in the 1950's South Korean soldiers in this region mistook the sound of North Korean tanks as thunder which meant that they were not prepared for a major tank attack.

This made me feel not so silly after I asked a colleague at work if there was shelling practice nearby.

Cheers and will write more and post more pics soon!
